My daughter and I truly enjoyed being there, it's lovely little and well priced hotel. The breakfast had lots of lovely food and drinks. Thanks to the excellent and extremely friendly staff everything was nice...
The staff were particularly busy, didn't expect that coming.

The stay was good and I would return here. The place was clean and staff were accommodating, I thoroughly enjoyed marvellous and stunning location. The guest room I stayed in was cheap with non private bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to Paddington, several tubes and restaurants. Found Sussex Arms with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

Diving into the local eats was pure joy, especially the smoked salmon from Sussex Fish Bar-that was some next-level munch! Nearby, The Frontline Club served up charming vibes, with a community spirit to boot. And a buzz of nice cafés around made every morning a treat.
The bathroom is TINY. I could hardly bend over to wash my face. Wifi kept playing hide-and-seek, and the walls reminded me of they were made of paper with all the stomping above. Sharing a cramped breakfast room with impatient strangers was a bit of a giggle, but not the best start to the day.

Stayed at closeby Piccolo hotel because ABC was apparently full. The WiFi connection was running poorly, if at all. The door handle/lock was defective (room #6) and it was difficult to get in/out without help from staff. I once had to call the reception to get me out of the room.

The location was perfect for our family trip, just a few steps from Hyde Park. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely nearby public garden after our busy days exploring. Plus, the shower was fantastic with consistent hot water.
In my wife's opinion, the rooms could use better ventilation for families with children.
